What size are your macarons?
Our macarons are roughly 4-4.5cm in diameter and generously filled!
Which ingredients/allergens are used to make macarons?
Full ingredients for each macaron flavour are displayed on their respective product page and also here. An ingredients list also appear on a label on the back of the box.
Can I order larger quantities for an occasion?
We can accommodate larger orders for special occasions. Please use the “Contact Us” form and we will discuss your requirements.
I would like macarons in a flavour/colour not listed, can you accommodate?

How do I store and serve macarons?
Keep the macarons in the fridge. The macarons are best enjoyed after leaving at room temperature for 30 minutes.
What is the lifespan of macarons?
If kept refrigerated, macarons will last 7-10 days from delivery. We add a “Best Before” date to the back of the box.
Orders, Delivery and Returns
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
When will my order be dispatched?
Please see the dispatch date for your order at checkout (red text). It is also see the dispatch date of your order in the order email confirmation. You will receive an “order completed” email once the order has been dispatched.
Can I pre-order for an event at a later date?
Yes, please send us your order number after checkout and we can discuss the best dispatch date so your macarons arrive fresh for the date.
How are orders posted?
We use Royal Mail and DPD for larger orders. You have the option to choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day.
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns for any items.
